Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
HarmonicaGuru is a trading name operated by Richa Ritvik, an individual based in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India. Courses are taught by Shubham (Acoustic_Bihari).
In these terms, "we", "us" and "HarmonicaGuru" refer to Richa Ritvik. "You" refers to anyone using this site or buying a course.

2. What we sell
HarmonicaGuru sells pre-recorded video courses that teach beginner harmonica, along with downloadable module PDFs, one for each main course module included in your plan. Some plans include personal services such as playing reviews or live one-to-one sessions. We also offer paid song notation and karaoke track requests.
Everything we sell is a digital product or a personal service. Nothing is shipped.
3. What you need
The course is taught on a 10-hole diatonic harmonica in the key of C. You need one to follow the lessons. You also need an internet connection and a phone, tablet or computer. We do not supply harmonicas.
4. Buying and getting access
- Payments are handled by Cashfree. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
- After a successful payment, sign in using the same email address you used at checkout. A one-time code is sent to that email; no password is required.
- Your paid purchase is linked to that verified email and the course access included in your plan becomes available after login.
- If payment is confirmed but access does not appear, contact us. We normally resolve access issues within 24 hours.
- If you paid with one email but want access on another, message us and we will sort it out.
5. Your account is yours alone
Course access is for one person. You may not share your login, forward lesson links, download and redistribute videos or PDFs, or resell any part of the course.
If we find an account being shared or course material being distributed, we may withdraw access without a refund.
6. Who owns the content
All videos, PDFs, notation and written material remain our property. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership, and it does not give you the right to teach from it, republish it, or use it commercially.
7. Lifetime access — what that means
"Lifetime access" means we do not charge you again and we do not set an expiry date on your access. It is limited by the lifetime of the course itself. If HarmonicaGuru ever stops operating, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your PDFs.
8. Upgrades
You can move to a higher plan when that plan is open for enrolment and pay only the difference between the two prices. Premium and Personal Coaching upgrades depend on availability. Upgrades are one-directional; we do not downgrade plans or refund the difference.
9. Personal services
- Playing reviews are feedback on a recording you send. Turnaround depends on our availability.
- Premium includes everything in Complete Beginner, Gaana Khud Nikalo — a method for working out melodies yourself — three progressive songs, two personalised playing reviews, and priority learner support.
- Priority learner support covers reasonable course-related questions. It does not include unlimited one-to-one coaching or immediate-response support.
- Personal Coaching includes everything in Premium, two private one-to-one sessions, a technique diagnosis, a personal practice plan, and personal guidance on one suitable song. Song guidance is subject to the song being reasonably playable on a 10-hole diatonic harmonica in the key of C. Suitability is confirmed before we commit to the song.
- Song notation and karaoke tracks are confirmed before payment. Delivery is normally within 7 days.
10. What we do not promise
We teach; we cannot guarantee you will learn. How quickly you progress depends on your practice, your instrument and your own ability. We make no promise about how fast you will be able to play, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.
We also cannot guarantee the site will always be available without interruption.
11. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the course is limited to what you actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you buy is the one that applies to your purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
13. Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
