What we deliver
HarmonicaGuru sells digital products and personal services. Nothing is shipped physically. There is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address.
Course access
After your payment is confirmed, we grant access to your course manually. Access is normally granted within 24 hours.
You will receive a login link at the email address you used at checkout. You then sign in at learn.harmonicaguru.com using that same email — no password is needed, a one-time code is sent to you.
Access is granted for the plan you purchased. Higher modules unlock when you upgrade.
Lesson PDFs
Downloadable PDFs sit inside the course portal alongside each lesson. They are not emailed separately.
Song notation and karaoke tracks
We confirm whether your song can be done before you pay. Once payment is received, delivery is normally within 5 days, sent to you on WhatsApp at the number you contact us from.
Playing reviews
You send us a recording on WhatsApp. We reply with feedback on the same chat. Turnaround depends on our availability and is not fixed.
One-to-one sessions
Sessions are arranged directly with you over WhatsApp after your application is accepted and payment is made. There is no automated booking system.
If you have not received access
If more than 24 hours have passed and you still have no login link:
- Check your spam and promotions folders
- Confirm you are checking the same email you used at checkout
- Message us on WhatsApp 9900044023 with the payment ID from your payment receipt
We will fix it, or refund you in full if we cannot give you access at all.
