1. Who we are

HarmonicaGuru is a trading name operated by Richa Ritvik, an individual based in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India. Courses are taught by Shubham (Acoustic_Bihari).

In these terms, "we", "us" and "HarmonicaGuru" refer to Richa Ritvik. "You" refers to anyone using this site or buying a course.

2. What we sell

HarmonicaGuru sells pre-recorded video courses that teach beginner harmonica, along with downloadable lesson PDFs. Some plans include personal services such as playing reviews or live one-to-one sessions. We also offer paid song notation and karaoke track requests.

Everything we sell is a digital product or a personal service. Nothing is shipped.

3. What you need

The course is taught on a 10-hole diatonic harmonica in the key of C. You need one to follow the lessons. You also need an internet connection and a phone, tablet or computer. We do not supply harmonicas.

4. Buying and getting access

5. Your account is yours alone

Course access is for one person. You may not share your login, forward lesson links, download and redistribute videos or PDFs, or resell any part of the course.

If we find an account being shared or course material being distributed, we may withdraw access without a refund.

6. Who owns the content

All videos, PDFs, notation and written material remain our property. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership, and it does not give you the right to teach from it, republish it, or use it commercially.

7. Lifetime access — what that means

"Lifetime access" means we do not charge you again and we do not set an expiry date on your access. It is limited by the lifetime of the course itself. If HarmonicaGuru ever stops operating, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your PDFs.

8. Upgrades

You can move to a higher plan at any time and pay only the difference between the two prices. Upgrades are one-directional; we do not downgrade plans or refund the difference.

9. Personal services

10. What we do not promise

We teach; we cannot guarantee you will learn. How quickly you progress depends on your practice, your instrument and your own ability. We make no promise about how fast you will be able to play, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.

We also cannot guarantee the site will always be available without interruption.

11. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the course is limited to what you actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot legally be limited.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you buy is the one that applies to your purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

13. Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
